What if you advise me to do something I don't want to
do?
As our agreement states, our audits are completely
transparent to your operations.  This means that all phones
(trunks, hunt-groups, etc.) will operate exactly the same as
before.  The only difference you will notice is that your
monthly bill will be less, and/or you will receive a refund for
the overcharges found, for the life of the overcharge.  Bottom
line, our audit will save you money, and put money in your
pocket, without changing any functionality.

What if I don't want to pay for future savings?
Future savings are calculated on exact costs that are
tariffed.  This means the cost for each savings item exist with
the force of state law, and can only be changed with the state
P.U.C. or P.S.C., so the amount that will be saved will be
documented to the penny...  More exactly than any other
expense you will pay this month.

Why can't you answer all of my technical questions?
We are knowledgeable about what services will be
provided, but not necessarily on how each of these services
will be performed.  This is a highly technical field that
requires telecommunications experts, tariff experts,
accounting and legal staff who work as a team to perform
your audit.  For all questions that your MDM.I.E
representative can not answer right away, they will find the
answer for you very quickly.

Can we exclude long distance? We are happy with
what we have.
Of course!  Even though there are mistakes and
unnecessary components hidden within long distance as
well as your local bill...  The bulk of the mistakes will come
from analyzing your Local Exchange Carrier billings.

Can our attorneys look over the agreement?
We welcome this course of action.  MDM.I.E will be happy to
answer any questions you may have posed by corporate
counsel.
